Here are the release notes for February 16, 2022.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Update the Ascend Guided Tour to use the latest version of Ascend components
- Add an option to incrementally load changes for the Delta Lake Read Connector through the Delta manifest file
- Ascend File Based Access performance tuning for large manifest files
BUGFIXES
- Handle rendering Dates without time information in Records Preview
- Ensure the Glue integration fields for Delta Lake connections are marked as "write-only" (these fields are not applicable for ingest)
- Improve error message when using Spark 3.2 downstream of a legacy Read Connector (this combination is not supported due to Spark 3.2's use of additional Parquet features)
- Fix a race condition in the UI's Query panel possibly using previously cached data after which the component's record set has been updated
